Prior to this, he held senior roles at Just Retirement and Partnership. Paul will be responsible for managing the expansion of more2life product distribution within the intermediary market.

Ben has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. In his new role as Director of Operations and Change Management at more2life, Ben will manage and support the change and operations teams as they look to expand and innovate further in order to provide more valuable and efficient support to customers and brokers. 

Roland Steere

Director of Funding and Product Development

Roland joins more2life with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry and a depth of expertise in the investment sector. He most recently held a senior derivatives structuring role at Santander Global Banking & Markets, where he specialised in developing solutions for pension funds and life insurance companies. Prior to this, Roland was an Investment Consultant for Aon Hewitt advising pension schemes on their investment strategy.

Mike Millar

Strategic Account Director

Mike has worked in financial services for over 35 years, including nine years at Partnership helping them to enter the equity release market by spearheading the development and launch of their product proposition. Mike joined more2life in 2014 with the role of helping business growth, and to develop and strengthen the product proposition.

Steve Dodd

Steve joined as Head of Operational Process in April 2016. He has 20 years financial services experience, with previous roles that have included Financial Adviser, Mortgage Adviser, Head of Mortgages, Operations Manager and Branch Manager. Steve is CeFA and CeMAP qualified.

Barry joined more2life in January 2014. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, covering retail banking, residential mortgages, debt management, pay day loans and equity release mortgages.

He has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, working for a range of well-known brands including Friends Provident, Abbey Life and Just Retirement. He also ran his own marketing agency specialising in helping advisers working in the mortgage market.
